SHIPPING FEES
Maggie Vancouver is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
There are no extra standard shipping fees at checkout unless a special shipping option, upgrade, or additional service is selected.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your insured package arrives damaged or opened, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

A short explanation of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged package and affected items
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we may send a replacement for the affected item at no additional cost.
HOW SHIPPING INSURANCE CLAIMS WORK
To submit a Shipping Insurance claim:
Contact us at info@maggievancouver.com within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Include your order number and tracking information.
Provide clear photos if the item or package arrived damaged.
Wait for our team to review and approve your claim.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.
WHAT SHIPPING INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER
Shipping Insurance does not cover every situation.
The following are not covered:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but missing after delivery
Packages stolen after confirmed delivery
Delivery delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
Delays caused by public holidays, weather conditions, or other external events
Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
Refused or unclaimed packages
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT FEES
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
These charges are not included in our product prices unless clearly stated otherwise.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Maggie Vancouver is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or because the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping or administrative costs may apply.
In such cases, we may deduct these costs from any eligible refund or request payment before reshipping the package.
